NEW WORK!

Here is a physical media project that I created of Paddington, one of my favorite family movies. I won’t go into specifics but it’s artwork from a project that didn’t come to fruition, so it is now just work for my personal portfolio.

I loved working on it and I’m happy I can still share it publicly despite the disappointment of it not moving forward.

I created front and back cover art, an interior art spread, two illustrated discs, and a translucent slipcase for his hat. Removing the slip cover reveals a marmalade sandwich under Paddington’s hat, and removing the discs from the case reveals two curious pigeons.

I’ve quickly mocked it up as a theoretical 4K & Blu-ray steelbook because I’m a steelbook collector myself. I would have loved to see a final product become reality but some projects get cancelled for no fault of the artwork itself.

While this project got shelved after all the work was done, I hope it may lead to more physical media jobs in the future as I learned a lot and had a lot of fun designing the whole package experience.
