I’m so excited to soar over the sands of Arrakis with the Atreides Royal Ornithopter replica model!
As a life-long LEGO® fan and a huge fan of Dune, it was a dream to create an official illustrated poster to celebrate the arrival of this incredible new set. Having built the ornithopter, I can say first hand how impressive it is. The wings and landing gear are ingeniously designed and a delight to deploy!
I love that the set includes all the main characters’ minifigs (Paul Atreides, Lady Jessica, Gurney Halleck, Chani, Duke Leto Atreides, Liet Kynes, Duncan Idaho and an impressively tall Baron Harkonnen)—so I had to incorporate them all into my poster as well.
