2023: IN REVIEW

Another year has zoomed by and I’m grateful to have had so much to keep me busy.

I’m still trying to figure out how to better manage my time so I can get more done without burning myself out. I can feel myself growing more at ease with poster work and less nervous about starting new projects. Although each new piece feels like a challenge to prove myself capable to myself all over again, I’m beginning to enjoy all the parts of the process that come with that challenge.

I already have my first big paid project lined up for January, I’ll be continuing to paint the next two in my LOTR series, as well as pitching more licensed art concepts to galleries. That should keep me occupied through Q1.

I’d still love to get the right opportunity for a steelbook or home entertainment packaging, but in the meantime I’ll keep following my heart and try to fill as much of my time with creating things that make me happy.

Here’s hoping we all get to check off a few things on our 2024 ‘To Do’ List! 🤞

Thank you all for your support and encouragement, and a special thanks to my fellow creatives who continue to inspire and motivate me to keep living this artful way of life. ❤️
